+Jonathan R. Hall was born on November 7, 2358 on a small farm in
+Calhoun, Missouri, Earth. Throughout his student years, Hall was
+always noted for being exceptionally gifted in political skills. In
+fact, he had considered a career in Earth politics or diplomacy.
