So, a telepathic disease of some kind is spreading throughout the ship, the ship has been crippled, Doctor Pond is gone, and we're still unsure what we're looking for. This would be difficult enough if I wasn't also feeling the effects of this aliment. Why, why is this happening? Where would we have even picked up this illness? Oscion? The civilian transport? I'm looking over the scans now, but struggling to find any physiological causes for this. I only hope that we don't find the cure too late. The crew is beginning to recover from the events of the past few days. I've been helping out as much as I can to distribute the cure, but I'm still recovering from the virus myself. I still have a burning sensation in my head, but it beats the alternative. Based on what Commander R'Ven said, I was rather close to the point of no return. I'll have to look over the results in greater detail once everything feels less fuzzy, but I have a feeling an analysis of this virus might make for a very interesting paper someday. | |||
