* Lt. Commander Evan Delano suffered minor scrapes and bruises. However he also suffered radiation poisoning after prolonged exposure to theta radiation. He was treated with arithrazine and dialysis. There are no signs of permanent damage, however I have suggested regular follow-ups over the course of six months as a pre-caution.

* Dr. Nikki Ryan... I also suffered scrapes and bruises, a fractured hip and radiation poisoning after prolonged exposure to theta radiation. Like Delano, I was treated with arithrazine and dialysis. There are no signs of permanent damage, however I, too, will undergo regular follow-ups over the course of six months as a pre-caution.

After running several diagnostics and an overnight stay in sickbay, I determined that the damage to Lieutenant JG Carter Greyson's [[External Auditory Receptor System|E.A.R.S.]] implants was severe enough to warrant replacement. The surgery was a success.

Side note: We will be working closely together however to develop a Generation 4 [[External Auditory Receptor System|E.A.R.S.]].
