Born upon the Fyr Plains in the encampment of Fielder’s Dream Makno grew quickly in the way of his people. On his 11 birthday he accompanied his father in raids against Trali tribe. Captured he was sold into slavery in the city of Vintfort till he escaped. Returning at 16 to the city with another raiding party they slew many and captured more including an Orion slaver (Captain Twilight) who became Makno’s tutor. Another raid found him captured again and taken off planet. The slaver ship was intercepted by the Star Fleet vessel USS Hammond, and Makno taken to SB118. At the encouragement of the ship’s Executive Officer he attended a SF academy prep school and eventually gained entrance the SB118 branch of the academy.
