Lorise always wanted to help people. Not an usual emotion for an Argelian, though perhaps one could argue that her approach to it is a bit atypical. She discovered at a young age that she had a talent for details and organization, and thus when she decided to join Starfleet upon reaching adulthood working as a clerk on the Starbase was a good fit for her skills. Over time she's worked her way up to becoming an analyst instead, helping to sort through data to find the crucial details to pass on to the officers above her. | |||
