Their communities were able to grow, develop and expand with out the threat of possible damage caused by the constant ongoing hostilities. This peaceful environment allowed the women to develop their natural creativity, intelligence and educational possibilities. Their civilization flourished away from the military zones, great advances were made in all of the sciences as well as engineering and technology. They entered into a carefully controlled industrialization period.

Eventually the women became more intelligent and for the first time in their history they started the slow climb towards industrialization. This continued for almost 500 years. At this time they had advanced to a post industrial state. Unfortunately the scale and scope of the wars had increased and the women had, had enough.
Unfortunately the scale and scope of the wars had increased and the women had, had enough. The very real possibility of the hostility extending outside of the military zones became too big of a risk. Fortunately they had advanced to the point where a number of possible solutions were now available to them. After much consideration they decided to use advanced biogenetics. They created a virus that they hoped would eliminate the very strong natural tendency towards aggression among the males. It worked but unfortunately it had the unexpected side affect of activating a passive genetic tendency towards aggression among the women. Fortunately unlike the males the women were intelligent enough to be able to control this new aggressive side of them selves.

Over the next 500 years the males took over doing all the physical work while the females continued to be doctors, scientists and engineers. They used physical exercise, sports and athletic competitions as a means of dealing with their new aggressive side.
