After his arrival to the Discovery-C he found himself that the crew wasn't there but on the USS ODISSEY, chasing the ex-captain Xan Hebron and ex-captain Nekkar on board the USS CONSTITUTION. After a rough battle where they managed to disable the CONSTITUTION, Captin Waltas confronted Nekkar personally and managed to subdue him and contain the Virus. However the victory came with a prize and captain Waltas was forced to resign and retired to his home planet Ba'Ku and the Discovery was decommissioned.
