Javier was born on Mars Colony on January 5th, 2370. From the beginning it could be said that Javier was destined for greatness. He learned to pilot shuttlecraft at the age of 12, and for the longest time had his mind set on joining the Starfleet Corps of Engineering. That never happened, of course. Instead, he joined Starfleet Academy and became a Starfleet Communications and Operations officer.
