|Bio: A Romulan terrorist organisation who plotted to take over several Federation-protected colonies near Starbase 118. Sahmson, a Reikara operative undercover as a Starfleet security Lieutenant, succeeded in hacking the Starbase's computer systems and spreading a virus to all the surrounding ships, cutting their power completely. Sahmson was eventually apprehended, and with the help of the Thracian Alliance and the hastily assembled defence fleet, the Federation managed to save over 80% of the colonists on the targeted worlds. Reikara fled back to the shadows once more. | |||
