If one were to have John Sheriden as his CO, then one would see a leader who works hard and in return works his men hard. He once had his men do drills during a leave of absence. He was reprimanded by his immediate superior officer, Lt. Cmd. Toullis, for doing so. Through this experience John has grown to relax more with his men.
