Easiest way is to look at the pip files used in other sites. I've already added the appropriate ones for the Challengers duty roster. I beleive it's called Image:CBlue-lt.jpg for the blue lt pips. There not organized well so sometimes you have to do some hunting through the images or look at what other people are using and track back. I suppose I can organize them in the next little bit... I've created a category for the challenger sized pips images.
