'''[[Lanius, Viktor|Viktor Lanius]]''': Then-Ensign Lanius and Necessity got off on rather the wrong foot on the latter's first day on the Starbase, and due to the former's redeployment to the USS Apollo shortly after, never got the opportunity to rectify that. Nessa's subsequent redeployment to the Apollo with now-Lieutenant Commander Lanius as her first officer has given them the chance to start again, so we'll have to see how that goes.
