To look at her you would never guess that Jordan Stone's paternal grandmother was Betazoid. Having some Betazoid heritage, she does possess a weak empathic ability. Her real gift, however, is being able to teach children, and instill in them the desire to learn. Ever since she was a young child, Jordan was excited about school. Her parents were wealthy entrepreneurs and hoped for a better life for their daughter. Though they were able to give it to her, Jordan did not want it. She continued on in her schooling, obtaining a university degree and graduating from a teacher training institution.

With her long blonde hair usually in a pony-tail, and a sparkle in her bright blue eyes, "Miss Stone" is not only a fun person to be around as a child, but as an adult as well.
