There is a painting of a seascape on the wall just as you enter and 3' - 4' potted green plants in each corner. She has family photos placed around the room, framed in smooth, dark oak frames. On her desk is a small tear drop shaped sculpture nestled in a wooden base. * '''Office''': As soon as you enter the Counselor's office, you get a warm comfortable feeling. The walls are a soft pale yellow and the carpet is a rich, dark green. The space is divided into two areas by a half wall of "glass", Counselor Collim's main office area and a more laid back 'therapy' area. The first area is the main office area, with the Counselor's desk and two comfortable chairs set in front of the desk. As you come in, there are two bookcases along the right wall, top to bottom filled with various colored books. Between the two cases is a small wooden table with a vase of bright colored flowers. The vase itself is clear with blue water and clear round, illuminated pebbles in the very bottom which gives the vase the appearance of glowing. Along the back wall, behind the Counselor's desk are two paintings. Both are abstract in nature with nearly identical brush strokes, one is done in reds and oranges while the other is done in blues and greens. The second area is a more of a sitting area, with a plush sofa of soft brown 'leather' and two matching chairs. There are two wooden tables at each end of the sofa, each holding solid black onyx abstract sculptures. The sofa is set in front of windows curved toward the ceiling. The room is illuminated by soft yellow recessed lighting. There's a hand-woven blanket in rich brown and gray made of soft Bajoran cotton casually tossed over the back of the sofa. | |||
