History
The history of the planet is closely tied to the history of the people. They are a peaceful race, co-operative and driven towards mutual benefits. The oldest records show that preservation of the planet, it's environment and life forms was the closest thing they had to a religion. Everything they do is in conjucture with the environment. Vegetatians, they have built up a civilization that produces no none recyclable waste.
Intelligent they had a fairly advanced civilization, studied the stars
Their first contact with another alien race was with the Klingons. At first it seemed like their world would be added to the Empire. A governor and troops were prepared and transported to the planet. However some strange energy beamed at the approaching fleet knocked all the engines off line. None of the ships could get close enough to beam down troops.

This planet is a true tropical paradise with well tended jungles, tropical flowers, warm climate and millions of brightly colored birds.
