The Night Garden is a large florist situated among the Promenade's various night clubs and bars.
Run by the Betazoid Lillian Havnor it stocks a huge range of plants and trees from across the Federation and beyond.
The Night Garden incorporates a small park full of night-blooming plants, particularly those from Lillian's home planet. As a result, its sweet floral scents are strongest when the surrounding clubs are busiest, during Starbase 118's night cycle, making it a popular resting spot for revelers on their way home from a night out.
