Kataari's relationship with Alleran

Kataari is a good father to his children, although he displayed a fair amount of favouritism towards Pedell due to her Trill joining academy candidacy. Alleran didn't hold it against her, but he was slightly jealous.

Kataari has not met Sidney Riley yet, but Tan has asked Riley if she wants to. She agreed.
