Personal History
Growing up on a colony made Michael part of a growing culture, one that while Terran was somewhat separate. He grew up with his brothers who depended on one another for a bit of stability in their lives while their parents were helping develop the colony. He graduated from the Jupiter Academy in Engineering and went on to apply to Starfleet, training in Engineering and Security.
Michael has never done any magnificent feats of bravery or received any commendations for anything. As far as he sees it, he loves his work and needs no other praise but his own. He is confident, outspoken and enjoys the company of others. Some would comment that he is "too" outspoken sometimes.
He has a taste for classical guitar/rock music from the twentieth century and can usually be found in his quarters chilling out to the sounds of music from the era.
