G'teth

A g'teth is a bush which grows on the shady side of desert and semidesert hills of Vulcan. The berries of the g'teth are small, brownish-green buds which can be crushed and used to make a reviving beverage, the justly-famous Vulcan mocha. G'teth plantations cover much of Vulcan's low hilly regions, where the bushes serve as windbreaks for other plants and help prevent erosion as well as providing a useful crop.
