At the moment, Ethan has a lot of faith in his team, but whether that faith is well placed remains to be seen.  Lieutenant JG [[Ralik]] is an exceedingly competent Engineer and Ethan can leave him to do his own thing, lead a team of Engineers or generally make waves where he sees fit.  With Sarah gone, [[Breeman, Kevin|Kevin Breeman]] going to become Chief of Science and Jackford back on the Ronin, the Engineer feels slightly lost sometimes but he can rely on [[King, Joshua|Chief Joshua King]] to give him that most needed put down when he gets too cheery.
