- Minevra plant: Among the lush foliage that grows on the planet of Til'hon, the Minevra plant produces a miniture sized flower simular to Earth's Sunflower, but because it is deemed "utterly useless" with no medicinal or aesthetic value, it is termed a weed. However, the Laudeans use it as part of their development of their Fielding powers. Zalkonian research has resently made a startling discovery about the Minevra plant. As well as blocking Fielding abilities, it also blocks all telepathy. Betazoids are especially suseptible to its effect. Too much exposure could kill them, and the stronger the telepathic ability, the stronger the effects.
