Ateda Grand Council

The Ateda Grand Council, formally called the Clans of the Ancients, is the ruling political body of Dronni IV and the Ateda race. Composed of every Ateda clan, the Council rules all of Ateda space. They govern all clans fairly, giving favor to none, and Atedas all over the galaxy abide by their decrees. The decision making process is generally unknown, but it seems that the most powerful of the Ateda criminal syndicates holds the most authority; thus, the head of the most powerful syndicate is the de facto leader of the Ateda race.
