He was the CSO aboard the Ambassador-class ''USS Reiver'' (NCC 34496), retiring not long before his eldest son was born and after a shuttle crash on Earth. William emerged unscathed, but the Reivers First Officer - William's brother-in-law - died on impact. When their first child was born - and at William's suggestion - they named the boy Arturo after his uncle.

Abrielle is Maxwell's mother, the Italian Matriarch of the family. She is a Civilian Administration Clerk at a Starfleet Storage Yard near the family home. Abrielle is always on the lookout for a "nice girl" for her two boys, whilst always keeping at least one eye on the intentions of any potential suitors for her daughter, Rosetta.

As the eldest son, Arturo bears the brunt of Abrielle's well-intentioned matchmaking - much to Henry's delight and amusement.

Henry Maxwell always wanted to be a Marine alongside his brother, and it was a dream that both boys shared growing up.

Life had different plans however, with Arturo failing to get into the Marines and then finding himself on the path to becoming a Tactical Officer upon his second attempt at the Academy. Henry also failed his first attempt at joining the Marines, and left it at that. Instead he focused on his day job as a delivery driver and his weekends playing rugby for the local amateur-level team, the Jedburgh Hammers where he became a bit of a hero amongst local fans. Henry visited his brother a few times on Starbase 118 and found that he quite liked the place, moving there permanently in 239511 at the same time as his niece, Milly.

She is affectionately known as "Milly" by her family and friends, and usually as "Squidge" by her father. Milly is a very intelligent, and playful character and even from around age five she has had quite a strong sense of right and wrong. Even to the point of confronting a Marine Lieutenant and calling him a "big stinky bully" for admonishing his boisterous Marines on a short shuttle ride to the station

Lt Dolan is a Science Officer that lives next door to Maxwell, in Apartment 49B.

Having first met when they both joined the stations crew, arriving at their respective quarters almost simultaneously, the two young officers immediately struck up a genuine and warm friendship, with Erin also being the one to adjust Maxwell's dress uniform to fit and affixing his Academy graduates ribbon for him.

Paradi is a Crewman that plays the cello as part of the same string quartet as Maxwell along with Simeon Taggart and a civilan music teacher, Martina Rossi who the Rossi String Quartet is named for.

|PHYSICIANS NOTE=

Infected bite to neck from unidentified Ferengii male.

Numerous cuts and abrasions to chest, back, face and arms.

Triple gunshot wounds from heavy disruptor rifle as follows.

Chest; left. Tissue/muscle damage, fractures to second and third rib. Lung punctured by bone splinter from second rib.

Abdomen; centre. Tissue/muscle damage.

Broken right hand.

Fractured carpals, multiple severe breaks to metacarpals and phalanges of index-to-ring fingers. Tissue/muscle damage.

|REMARKS= Due to the overwhelming emotional trigger, and the successful completion of counselling I feel that this is a one-time incident and should not affect Lieutenant Maxwell’s progress as a tactical officer and future department head. I am reinstating his rank of Lieutenant JG as of 239408.14 }}
