A highly-advanced society that reached its peak just before dying out about 200,000 years ago, based from a home-world now near the Romulan side of the Neutral Zone. Dubbed by history as conquerors, their use of a highly advanced galactic-wide transporter allowed their empire to flourish; at least one outpost was in the Gamma Quadrant.
