Web Development Team

The Web Development Team is a team which is tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the ship websites are created and updated;
  • Creating content for the main website where needed;
  • Assisting in the upkeep of peripheral sites like the forums, wiki, etc.

This area is utilized to help get members of this team involved, and give them ideas on how to build their ship websites.

Tutorials

  • Rotating banner script: Create a rotating banner script, like the one seen on the main page of the members area of the site.
  • Ship Website Tutorial: A start-to-finish guide for community members who are working on their ship's website.
  • Working with WordPress websites: Developing area with information about how to work with a WordPress site, if that is what your site is using.
