Patient: Ensign Ezra Verva, Unjoined Trill
Reason for Visit: Post Mission Injury Check-Up
Presenting Concerns: Soreness/Stiffness in shoulder at time of visit
Physical Examination:
  • Vital signs within normal range:
    • Blood pressure: 81/49 mmHg
    • Pulse: 61 bpm
    • Temperature: 34.2°C
Injury Follow-up:
  • Patient reported for veterinary Check-Up of one "Foxy Lady" (Dog). After dropping off Foxy Lady, patient complained of shoulder pain from previous injury site.
    • Tricorder scan was utilized to determine tissue efficacy.
    • Patient reported some stiffness and "flare-up" of pain on overuse as well as occasionally without use. No notice of increased pain during temperature change.
Diagnosis:
  • Adequate healing rate for unjoined Trill was surmised.
Recommendation:
  • Recommend routine stretches to prevent further stiffness.
Notes:
  • Patient Previously seen Chief Medical Officer Talia Ohnari for initial injury. Injury occurred during mission. Phaser burn to right shoulder indicated. No report was submitted.
