Background
One of three children to Omar and Sestia, spent his childhood helping with the family farming interests, going to school, and planning to join the town police force when a chat when with a visiting Starfleet officer at his school caught his attention.

- Roommates at the Academy since their Sophomore year, they took to each other in the way extroverts and introverts often do. Cole had grown up fairly sheltered in his small town up bringing, he found Aria's description of big city life fascinating - when he could get it out of her. He also enjoyed dragging her to parties and around Earth when he could.
