Note and Size Question

1) Note to self or somebody with free time: I would like to have this added to the Science section of the Academy Library section, which involves the editing of at least two templates and possibly an article or two.

2) Size: The wiki said that this article is 33kb long and that some browsers might have issues with that. So, it would seem that it needs to be broken down into smaller pieces... How, though? Maybe just break off Offices and Labs into two different articles? That just seems a bit... weird, somehow. Thoughts on the matter?
