Kel Mage was an Intelligence Officer who served on board the USS Constitution-B from 30 Nov 2387 to 7 Feb 2388. Before that he was the Counselor onboard the USS Ursa Major from 06 January 2383 from 10 January 2385 and the Science Officer on board the {{USS|Aurora} from 12 December 2382 to 06 January 2383 after being the Medical Officer on board from 11 September 2382 to 12 December 2382.
