Personal History

John Sheriden is the son of the former deceased ambassador to the Klingon home world. John is very aggressive and at times can seem to be to authoritative. The way he calms himself down is by reading a book in an outdoor setting on a holodeck.

Professional History

John Sheriden was once the Chief of Staff for his father Ambasador Sheriden of the Klinong homeworld. He left his job to pursue a dream of becoming a starfleet captain. John's first mission was aboard the USS Ronin with Captain Aquiss Wong commanding. The details of that mission is classified. You must be a captain or above that rank to access those details. John was transferred with the rest of the Ronin crew to the USS Kodiak commanded by Captain Hollis. There he was taken under the wings of Captain Hollis, himself, and Lt. Cmd. John Graves. It was with their efforts that the officer known today as John Sheriden is the officer that he is. Captain Hollis promoted John Sheriden to Lt. jg. and Lt.

Just recently, 0105.27, John Sheriden was promoted by his captain Mike James, to the rank of Lt. Cmdr. John Sheriden served as acting XO for the Ronin under Acting CO Becca Fire-Claw the details of the mission is classified. John Sheriden served as the Chief Tactical Officer aboard Starbase 118 under the command of his old captain, Xan Hebron. John led an away mission with Lt. Commanders Daniels and Torrance and discovered the race that he named Slothians. This race is naked to the human eye if one has not been in contact of the individual. After the Dommy mission, John returned to the base to be picked up by the Con. There he acted as XO until he was sent down with a four man team to recover the first away team. John was then posted to Second officer under Fleet Captain Hebron on the USS Constitution. Through the Captain Y'Shirad leaving the FO position, and other moves, Fleet Captain Hebron placed John as Chief of Operations as well as second officer. With the ship getting command heavy, Sheriden was placed as a second officer only and relinquished ops duties to one Lt Yladro. After a long an luxurious career, Sheriden was promoted to the rank of full COMMANDER by his mentor Fleet Captain Xan Hebron. Shortly after, Sheriden was asked by Commander Rocar to go with him to Duronis II as his Deputy Chief of Mission. After new orders, John Sheriden is back aboard the Constitution serving as first officer to his mentor, Fleet Captain Hebron.

Notes

If one were to have John Sheriden as his CO, then one would see a leader who works hard and in return works his men hard. He once had his men do drills during a leave of absence. He was reprimanded by his immediate superior officer, Lt. Cmd. Toullis, for doing so. Through this experience John has grown to relax more with his men. As an XO he is not afraid to step to the plate and tell his CO what he thinks nor is he afraid to make an order with out consulting his commanding officer.
