Ando

On the planet Miri IV, the Andorians have claimed a long narrow island close to the south pole. This island is approximately 374 km long and ranges in width from 89 km to 106 km. It is located approximately 3,723 km from the Mirian capitol of Cru'ela on the largest continent of Atlantium.

This island has a large number of glaciers all over the southern part of the land mass. The northern coast of the land mass has a large protected area that they call Ando. It is here that the 30,000 Andorian colonists have settled. They are spread out along the coast over a 100 km area with one large community roughtly in the middle of this on the coast.

Government

They have a central government roughly identical to that of Andor.

Deputy Minister of Culture and Race Relations

Thimi Shen Tovir is a 41 year old scientist/clan leader. She is tall, 6' and about 160 lbs. She has long waist length white braided hair, wears traditional Andorian robes and is a fierce driven woman. Even thou the Andorian colony tends to be isolationists they recognize the need to be active within the newly formed government.
