Description

Arcadians are an aquatic species with a wide range of skin colors including light blue, pale yellow, and pink. They have large heads with wide-set eyes and no eyebrows. The rest of their bodies are slim in comparison. Their hair runs in two parallel lines on the sides on their head. Their noses protrude very little from the face and have large and pointed ears.[2]

Physiology

In comparison to many other humanoid species, they have relatively short lifespans, only living about 40-60 years. They raise their young in marsupial-like pouches during the first 3-6 months of life. They feed on plankton, but can derive some of their nourishment from photosynthesis.[3]
