Issairians are one of researched races nearing time of reaching space flight. Since was closing the day of sending first satellites into the orbit of their planet to increase communication ability and space research, Federation watching post was recalled from planet almost 15 years ago.

- Climate: Depends on place and time of year. Due to still waking from nuclear winter, slightly lower temperatures are encountered, then those on earth in similar climate.
Physiology
Physical Characteristics
They say that every tribe (today nations) emerged, descended from one of brothers and sisters. Initially there were 7 but one tribe has vanished centuries ago during first migration. Hair is rich and curly. Males have black to brown and females brown to red, eyes can be from dark brown to reach green. Neither hair nor eyes ever can be lighter. Not even old people don’t lose dark colors. Issairians are easily distinguished by the row of spots similar to those Trill have, only theirs do not flow to toes but from head go down the arms and back of hands.
Biggest and most evolved nation are Issar'r Podzi (Sons of Podzi). They are tall, slim but toned. Their spot color is green. Average height vary between 6’6’’ and 7’2’’.
Next biggest nation are Issar'r Hosti (Sons of Hosti) – who live in an archipelago of 5 big and over 20 smaller islands and reefs. They are red-skinned with light lemony spots, laxly, hedonists. Their average height is between 5’5’’ and 6’1’’.
Issar'r Avaci (Sons of Avaci) have pale skin and dark brown spots. They live in Northern steppe and are still mostly turned to hunting for food. Their technology is mostly bought. Average height is between 5’7’’ and 6’2’’
Issar'r Zoni (Sons of Zoni*) are little people from desert plains. Their average height is between 4’4’’ and 5’1’’. They have red skin and bluish-purple spots. They are archeologists and historians. Many are also great artists.
Issar'r Milni (Sons of Milni*) – they are seafarers, their average height is between 5’5’’ and 6’1’ have light brown skin and white spots. This is small tribe which live on the far southern shores and was rarely encountered by researchers.
Similar is with another of the smallest tribes Issar'r Rebeni, highlanders from the south. First research post thought that there are only few thousand of this people but close to the end of mission it was found out that they mostly live in high hills in the southern hemisphere, where build their huge cities underground in the mines. Their Average height is 5’2’ to 5’8’, their skin is light and spots between dark blue to almost black.
Lost tribe is Issa'r Rusni – dark-skinned. Their spots were pink and average height between 5’5’’ and 6’1’.
Body Composition
Very similar to human with only difference in skeleton build between pelvis and rib cage where Issairians have cartilage which turn into bone tissue in old age.
Senses
Researchers didn’t encounter members of society who have any of the senses developed more than other, but it is very little known about Issar'r Rebeni tribe and their members who live in underground cities. No readers, either.
Resistances and Vulnerabilities
Nothing unusual, darker skinned are more resistant to UV radiation, while Issar'r Avaci who lives in Northern steppe can handle more cold.
Culture
Government
All tribes keep same governing body as it was when all lived together in alliance of tribes. They each call it different today but kept same establishment, House of Elders out of which every 2 years in between them they choose 5 members (no same people can be voted in less than 6 years again) for Supreme Court, which have a right to overrule every decision of House of Elders but have to give good explanation for that. Members of House of Elders are all members of society too old or too weak to contribute to tribe. Since it is shame for young people to sit in House of Elders even those weak and sick rarely accept that “honor” but rather work until absolutely unable to contribute other then as “elders”. Female elders are called Nona and male Barba.

Social
Tribes rarely intermix, but for some reason none of known genetically inheritable malformations occurred. On the other hand, a tribal mark is inherited through the mother’s side, and stays exact as the one mother has.

Nothing was encountered by researchers. But every society has them, so it’s probably just oversight.
Religion
Issairians are Pagans and main Goddess is Vis, Goddess of justice what is also the name they use for their sun. Other well known are Tragurion, God of Summer and earthly assets, Prirovo God of Winter and restoration, Ravnik God of Family, and Zlarin God of happiness and fortune.
Technology
Technological development is very difficult to judge for all tribes. While all have same technology it is not due to equal development of all tribes, but due to high level of cooperation.
Economy
All tribes use same Moneta, and due to high level of cooperation prices are very similar to same in all parts of planet.
Military
Each tribe has their organized group of “something between police and army”, which is a remnant of “feeders”, honored hunters from the times of migration when those were protectors of tribe and actual food providers.
Politics
In last few years before researchers left all tribes together formed establishment similar to 20th Century Earth United Nations. It was formed on initiative of Issar'r Podzi when their scientists announced being ready to start Space exploration. Research was very expensive and they called for help from others, and agreement was reached all will add to it but want also to be able to give overseers to confirm where goods are spent.
When agreement was reached and sealed, search for suitable location started. Soon, due to announced needs, Issar'r Zoni as a perfect sport flagged archeological location they recently uncovered. Soon every tribe send 2 elders as overseers and their best scientists and new town grew fast and research was flourishing also so Federation recalled watching post to prevent possible detection and contamination of culture before they reach warp travel.
