The Kathesis Pact is a stellar alliance of Mislenites, Nygeans, and Pensarkans.
In 2399, the Pact filed an official protest with the Federation Diplomatic Corp against Vidiians’ attendance at Amity’s science exhibition. The exhibition was held in conjunction with an Antaran class rally race. The protest was filed by Gelehi Falshikai, a Mislenite who was Envoy of the Kathesis Pact[1].
