Chats
For the templates below, you'll need to set up a new World Time Buddy appointment for the "see your timezone" link. Go to that site, and:
- Select the date of the chat in the top bar of the box showing the time zones.
- Select the appropriate time. We always tie to the San Francisco (Pacific) time zone, so on that line, choose 90 minutes starting at 10am.
- You should now see an "event" button in the top bar of the box showing the time zones – click that.
- You'll now be on a "Meeting details" page. Click on the orange button titled "Edit title/description" and change it to "UFOP: SB118 - [Month] [Year] chat"
- Click the green "Preview" button, make sure everything looks right, and then click the green "get short link" button.
- Copy the resulting meeting URL, and paste that into your reminders below
You should also consider changing the generic text in the third paragraph of each reminder. Brainstorm something that sounds fun!
"This weekend"
- When: This should be scheduled for six days prior to the chat, to remind people of the upcoming event.
- Subject: Join us this coming Sunday for our next fleet-wide chat
- Body:
- Our next fleet-wide OOC chat is scheduled for this coming Sunday, [MONTH] [DATE], at [TIME] A.M. Pacific / [TIME] P.M. Eastern / [TIME] P.M. GMT. (<a href="[LINK]]">Click here to see your timezone.</a>)

- Notes: Insert links to the winning bio and forums in the appropriate places.
- Body:

- The Featured Bio Contest winner is highlighted on the front page of the wiki each month, and enters the Hall of Fame for winning bios. Meanwhile, we encourage everyone to check out [NAME'S] bio for some tips and ideas on how you can make your bio better and hopefully end up a winner.
- Now we're entering Round [NUM] and are looking for nominations. You can nominate yourself, or anyone else who has a high quality bio that adheres to rules -- just head to the forum for more information and an explanation of how to enter.
- Bios that enter will be judged by the Featured Bio Contest team, and nominees will receive ideas on who how to improve their bio to adhere to our high standards of exemplary bios.

- We're looking for the highest quality bios in the fleet to not only help provide an example for our members on how to structure their bio, but also to show off how much our members put into the creation of realistic and emotional characters.
- Head to the Featured Bio Contest forum to nominate a bio of your own, or someone else whose bio you admire.
