236606.04 - Jorus Cogud was born aboard a Ferengi Smugglers Vessel, his parents and uncle aided by Captain Zug, where trying to escape some unhappy customers, Zug was named Jorus' Godfather due to his kind actions 236705.09 - Jorus, Neron and Fenna Cogud return to Trill to live 237109.01 - Neron Cogud gets in trouble with the Orion Syndicate, Darzen Cogud aids them in escaping, they plead to Zug for help and Zug reluctently alows them to board his ship to stay until the Orions stop looking 237112.17 - The Ferengis on board start to teach Jorus how to read using the Rules of Acquisition 237202.21 - Neron and Fenna Cogud start teaching Jorus conventional subjects, Darzen teaches him the tricks of being a conman 237408.12 - Senon Cogud is born, Jorus' younger brother 238012.30 - The Orions that where after Neron are arrested, Fenna and Neron decide to buy a ship for the family to live in 238101.01 - Neron starts to teach Jorus how to pilot a ship 238202.04 - Jorus teaches Seron the things Darzen taught him. 238306.30 - Jorus takes interest in starfleet, starts study for academy entrance 238507.01 - Jorus is accepted into the academy

Jorus Cogud is a keen collector of Maurader Mo action figures. He enjoys spending time on the holodeck paticuarly in programs relating to earth history (In which Jorus has a keen interest). He has a distrust for most humans as he was brought up on a Ferengi ship but has gained a little bit more trust for them during his time in the academy, Jours is a good Dabo player and enjoys Ferengi beverages paticuarly Snail Juice. He often tries to make a profit and during his time in the academy conned many young cadets out of there holodeck time, only to sell it on.
Personality
Due to his upbringing on a Ferengi smuggling ship, Jorus has a tendancy to be quite greedy and selfish aswell as sympathising with criminals, despite this he tries to keep a professional attitude both on and off duty.
