History

Sissel was abandoned on earth by her true parents. She was raised knowing she was El-Aurian not human, and that her parents were an adopted family. She was never bothered by this. Even as a child she took the bad news of this nature much more lightly than most do. Sissel's true age and birthplace are still unknown. Sissel always did well in school and has always lived a fulfilling life. She progressed at an odd pace due to her aging so differently from her peers but she soon found herself in adulthood and working for a university on earth.

She was assigned to the Veritas to serve as the ship's librarian as part of a multi-experience work program with the university she works for.

Personality

Sissel is a very energetic, and upbeat person. She also has a mean temper and is not afraid to speak her mind. She can handle things well despite rough conditions.

She can sometimes be very concerned with things such as her surroundings, the people around her, and the ones who she cares about. She is well mannered, despite her tendency to use sarcasm at times. She is a caring and compassionate person. She is also a quick thinker and an instinctive person. But at times she trusts others too quickly.

She takes her education very seriously. She has a very strong love for reading and learning. She is often found reading in strange places because different surroundings help her to delve deeper into the material she is reading. She prefers traditional books to data files and PADD's but she will read anything she can.
