Personal History

Born to a rich and powerful family on Cait, Ferro grew up in a privileged and indulgent society and chafed every minute of it. With a mother and father deeply embroiled in their planets and Federation politics, Ferro was often left to his own devices and like many children he longed to be nothing like his parents. Family dinners were boring affairs where both his mother and father would go on ad nausea about this treaty or that border. As Ferro grew and started to see eye to eye with his parents he learned that he didn’t want to disappoint them but he still couldn’t follow them into politics like they desired. Instead he was drawn more and more to the adventurous life that Starfleet offered. The same rigidity and structure that his parents raised him to, but filled with travel and danger and more importantly, purpose. After finishing his post secondary education Ferro quickly enlisted and began his four years at Starfleet Academy.
