Lieutenant JG Alisha Rose Ozera, a Human, is currently a missing undercover operative - however, it's been reported that she has kept in touch with her superior, Intelligence Director Chang.
She was previously and operative stationed near the Menthar Corridor, posing as Vivian Volkoff, head of Volkoff Industries. Her main role is survailence and dealing weapons with members of the Scarlet Brotherhood and the Orion Syndicate.
She is also the sister to Intelligence operative Lieutenant JG Alixis Ozera.

Following in the steps of her brother, Alisha Ozera became an operative for StarFleet in ----. After promotion to Lieutenant JG, she was sent to the Badlands as an Orion. She was then placed deep undercover as private Weapons Dealer Vivian Volkoff.
However, Alisha has not checked in with her superiors for over seven months. Rumor goes around saying that she defected to the Orions, and actually joined the Syndicate, making her cover her actual life. This was proved incorrect when her brother told Intelligence that she had contacted him. Apparently, she is unable to contact any one. How she managed to contact him is unknown.
It is unknown if Alisha-Rose Ozera is her actual name, as many that knew her before she joined StarFleet Intelligence call her Katherine.
