This page is a workspace for Orman, Tali, and Tressa to potentially collaborate on the MSPNPC section of the upcoming handbook. This page is only temporary.
Note: the style we're using is an 'On the Victory, we do this and this' sort of style; the handbook is tentatively aimed at incoming ensigns and at folks in the fleet who are curious about our particular quirks.
