| The Arbazan have a strange history. Not one of wars and conflict but one of chaos and uncertainty. Out of this evolved the need for organization and as they organized they found that things moved more smoothly. Goods, food and other items would reach those who needed it. Buildings could be built safely if rules were followed.

| Over more than a thousand years they continued to evolve this desire for efficency and organization into not just a mania but a cultural if not genetic imperative. It became as much a part of them as breathing.

| They have one of the most complex, intertwined and confuseing systems of government of any species within the Federation. It is also one of the largest employing over 5 million people in one job or another.

| They are mostly humanoid except with a vestigial ridge just above the eyebrow and along the nose and can be mostly distinguished in appearance by a high forehead hairline.
