A Terran from the British Isles, Lieutenant (Junior Grade) McLoughlin was one of the key members of the USS Wallace engineering staff. Whilst an Ensign, he served as ACEO of the vessel, under Lt.JG Salak. He has since been promoted and has transferred to USS Tiger.
