Background

Will was created from DNA of Khan, Homo Superior of the ugenics war of late 1990's. He was raised to join the military on Altara IV, which he served for 5 years where he became proficient in most small arms and forms of demolition. He spend two years at higher education afterwords, and then join the service of a smuggling ring for several years, finding out that he liked to kill people for a profit. Became a independent contractor after the leader failed to pay him and Will executed him and his associates.

Will joined the Consortium, to help plot the down fall of the Federation. He still works independently on the side.
