Alixis Ozera is brother to crime lord Vivian Voreic, and serves as her right hand man in dealings for Voreic Industries. Though his sister tends to stay in one place for long periods of time, Ozera moves around often. Voreic Industries' base of operations appears to be in the Menthar Corridor for now.
