Used in Template:Roster and Template:Pips to translate user specified rank names so that they can be used with STO (Star Trek Online) pip set. As there is no Ambassador or Civilian/Blank pips in this set, they are translated as Ensign pips. There is also no commodore (SB118 commodore version) pip in this set.
