History

Around the 22nd century, the Alvanians achieved warp drive and soon after achieved provisional federation status. Since then, their technology has ceased to grow and is more focused on development of different, and usually alcoholic, substances for trade with other cultures.

Description

For the most part they appear to by typical humanoids along the lines of terrans. That is except for their skin tone which is a very dark shade of light purple. Their eye's are also different being completely yellow in appearance except for a single black dot in the center. they all have black hair.

Physiology

While having the appearance of normal humanoids resembling Terrans, Alvanians vary greatly from other humanoids. The first major difference is in regards to their stomachs, in which they have two instead of the traditional one. Also, they have a highly advanced liver which is extremely efficient in the absorption and detoxification of foreign substances. As a result of this, Alvanians have a very complex diet, but in return have a high resistance to many poisonous foods and drink.

Culture

While being known for Alvanian Brandy, the Alvanian's primitive culture revolved around their imbibement of many different substances for various occasions. It has been theorized that this the reason for their somewhat unique physiology.
