The Cart'hen star is a class V main sequence star, type K (orange spectrum) with a stellar mass of about 0.9. (in relation to Sol)

• Cart'hen star system is located in space sector designated - Starbase 118 - This space sector is divided almost equally between the Federation, Klingon and Romulan Empires. Cart'hen is approximately 4 lightyears from Starbase 118 near the center of the sector.
