Personal History

Ty is a newly Retired Star Fleet Captain. His Last Command was the USS Telesto a Luna Class Star Ship... His wife and his son were both killed on the last mission he commanded... Taking there Deaths hard, Ty Retired from Star Fleet and moved to Star Base 118 to open up a Shop. After touring the shops and talking to a few other business owners Ty formed the Star Base 118 Chamber of Commerce and helped build a Better Business environment in the commercial sector.

Ty worked very close with the Station Commander to create new rules and by-laws for the owners of the Business on the Base... Some owners did not like the rules and decided it was time to pack up and head home...
