Though the Xyrillians required technical assistance from the humans, they were quite advanced in some areas, and already had possession of holodeck technology. The Xyrillian Ah'len demonstrated this technology for Trip Tucker.[3]
In the 2260s, Starfleet was attempting to adapt Xyrillian duplication chambers for use aboard Federation starships.[1]
By the 24th century they had became a member of the United Federation of Planets.[1]
In 2392 the Primal of Xyrillia was Kp’Shaiel.[2]
Government
Xyrillia is divided into territories each ruled by an elected governor. The planetary leader is called the Primal of Xyrillia and is also elected.[2]
