The residence is a large beachfront property on the East Beaches of Lokesh Island near the Federation Embassy. The property was gifted to him by Lt. [[Brell]] as a parting gift when Brayden left the [[USS Darwin-A]] to return to the Til'ahn as Admiral [[Toni Turner]]'s First Officer. Originally only the Main House was built on the property. However Brayden's grandmother transformed the property into something more fitting for the noble son of the 10th House of Betazed. The Til'ahn property now includes a pool house with staff quarters in the sub-level and second story, an entirely separate guest house that can accommodate 6, and a private garden with an outdoor temple for worship. | ||

Cyndriel Villas is the name given to Brayden Jorey's personal residence on Duronis II. The residence is a large beachfront property on the East Beaches of Lokesh Island near the Federation Embassy.
